Are any of your items allergen-friendly?

Our macarons are naturally gluten-free because they have almond flour, egg white, and powdered sugar base. Gluten-friendly cupcakes can be made upon request. I do not currently carry any dairy-free or sugar-free options.
However, please keep in mind that although I wash and sanitize the equipment between uses, I cannot guarantee there is no cross-contamination, therefore I am NOT a gluten-free or nut-free bakery.

How do I keep my treats fresh?

Macarons are good to keep up to 7 weeks as long as they are in an airtight container and placed in the fridge.

Store cupcakes at room temperature; DO NOT put them in the refrigerator. Because these items are freshly baked, it is best to enjoy them within one to two days of your purchase. If you need to store them longer, transfer them to an airtight container and store them in the freezer. Let them thaw for three to four hours at room temperature before serving.

How far in advance should I pre-order?

I recommend ordering cakes, custom cupcakes, and other sweet treats with a minimum of 7 business days’ notice. If you’re in a bind and need something quick, don’t hesitate to ask.
Please remember that this is a guideline, not a guarantee. I accommodate as many orders as I can, but am limited to what I can physically produce. In general, the more notice you give me, the better!
